Real Name: Anna Waldorf
Hair: Purple, shoulder length
Anna Waldorf is a senior and a star student at Fairchild Academy. Her parents died when she was very young and while watched over by the occasional family member, Anna has grown up on her own. Her only real companion is an AI created by her parents she calls Yuki. Anna is a star student only in an academic sense, not so much a social one. While she may be a very beautiful girl, Anna is a bit of an outcast because of her rabid Otaku status. She is a big Anime fan but is more a lover of anything mecha related (Macross, Voltron, her biggest love is Gundam). She is such a fan, in fact, that she has secretly built a mecha suit in her basement, using random supplies and gadgets to piece it together. When a robbery happens on her street leaving a loving couple almost killed, Anna activates her suit and engages the p
Amanda Ciara and Penelope Part 2The next fifteen or so minutes were not as bad as Amanda would have thought. After placing the unconscious Penelope in her nearby rocking chair, the two girls went on to bind her hands and ankles. All the while, Amanda began to tell of her several encounters with the Illiterati to Ciara. Ciara didn't interrupt her and listened patiently. When the two were finished securing their mysterious new guest, they stood in front of her, making sure they were satisfied with Penelope's bonds. "Well you have been busy haven't you," Ciara finally said. Amanda rubbed her head, "Yeah. It's almost a miracle I'm not dead yet." That remark made Ciara look at Amanda angrily, "You're damn right Amanda. Why didn't you try to contact me? Ok, maybe one random encounter may have been cause for 'ehh', but four in the last year? You should have come to me." Amanda was starting
Here's to you 20132013…
Feels like I got snatched by a Weeping Angel cause all I did was BLINK and I got time displaced from January to December (ok it doesn’t work like that with Weeping Angels but who knows…who nose hehe).
What a quick year it was but what a year in general it was. Lots of big events as with any other year: I got promoted, turned 26, dealt with tougher terrors, went to one of the best Otakon’s I have ever been too (really need to put those photos up lol) I saw the return of the 10th Doctor, the introduction of the War Doctor and bid a sad farewell to the 11th Doctor. And I also said goodbye to a couple of family members and friends. Oh and I found out health insurance is such a bitch.
It had it’s great times but 2013 had it’s dark times as well.
One aspect of the year though that wasn’t dark but rather a beacon of light when things got dark…was being right here on DA.
While I had posted a few stories bef
five.Five is the number of times you worry he’s stopped breathing, as the surgeons carve around his heart, twisting away the plaque ridden arteries, and pulling a vein out of his leg. Five is the number of heart wrenching hours you and your family were waiting in the hospital room, worried that your lives would crumble, that there would be five members of the family instead of six, that five days out of the week he would not come home for dinner, that five kisses from him would no longer be given to his wife and four children. Five was the amount of fingernails you bit off while watching people enter and exit the waiting room, and the amount of minutes your mother spent on the phone, explaining that something was wrong. Five is the critical difference between holding a father’s hand as your mother cries into his heart shaped pillow. The difference between rejoicing and smiling weakly because he’s okay or carrying your father’s American-flag-covered-casket and watchin
